Toxic working environment at plant level. No proper HR policy. No proper appraisals for honest employees. Those who are do spooning for management will get overall benifits and appraisals.

I love everything about this company. A very calm workplace with no excessive burdens. There is no such chaos. Everyone in the company - be it the Boss, Colleague or the helpers - all treat you like family. They are very cooperative and helpful. I have had the best experience of my life here which has helped me grow in the field I want to pursue, has given me a platform to increase my level of confidence from 7/10 to 10/10. All the directors have given me the chance to prove my capabilities and have also made sure to listen to my point of views. The HR of the company has made me a gem - I have lost all my fear and explored my career and enhanced my knowledge in that field just because of her. The CS of the company also gave me partial training - giving the jist of working of the company. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TRY BEST TO PROVE THEMSELVES TO DESERVE THE JOB AS IT IS AN EXPERIENCE WITH LOTS OF BENEFIT. There is ofcourse work load when it comes to submitting something on time - and that is something very common you will come across in any company. But the way you have to overcome the load totally depends on you. Once you have proved yourself - there is definitely benefits for you in this company and you will be praised and respected for it.
