The previous management wasn't that great but after the new formation it has been a great place to work at.

Job security - there was always job security with backstopping from HO in Italy Skills development- on the job training for support staff. Company culture - no discrimination tolerated Work satisfaction - working in happy environment Salaries paid promptly on time Company skills - sharing new updated technologies and improving project management site skills Overall rating out of 10: 8.5

Dislikes

Not having the benefit of a yearly bonus for completing the project on schedule in the correct timeframe.

Likes

Projects at Politechnica are diverse, allowing me to work on various initiatives. Stimulating work environment & supportive colleagues make it exceptional place to work at.
