I dislike about everything, the work culture is sick , they'll are make you sick by working in toxic culture,they have one agenda if you will to work on your weekoff ,I will provide you better leads flow so that you can complete their tasks,they will force you to work even if you have a high fever ,no humanity, I would suggest don't go there.

...enough employees for that ,which gave me bad impression of this organization. Thirdly, they always tries to give you less salary as much as possible if you are so soft then you will fall in there trap, but if you take stand for your salary expectations they will some how miraculously have exceptional approval for you only . Such a lame and old fashioned drama they create. Fourth, just be careful/write their words what ever they say regarding to the salary they will provide. Thanks i hope this review will help you all .

They acknowledged your work & efforts which you put in task. Basically this is a seller's sector so they will provide you incredible incentives. Which brings a smile in your face.

Salary justification, Target achieved pressure. No job security. If you unable to achieve Target's then they will terminate you any time by providing warning letter.

Behaviour of team leaders , managers . Our shift will start 12 pm but my manager ordered that we need to come at 11 Am , abuses over floor , no leaves , even for our leaves we need to take approval or lots of pressure , partiality.
