I think on floors management should maintain more professionalism as the team leaders and executives all work very unprofessionally and also use abusive languages there should be some ethics management should provide training to team leaders managers how they should talk to other employees , Thank you !

...ny company don't hired me for this reason. I gave 5 upto 3 star to policybazaar. Everything is good specially u got ur salary on time. If u perform well u got more incentive. But only one think is to be change that the way of communication to higher management should me professional.

U have facing problems when u want leave and 2nd poor way of talking by higher management it should be professional

Now I don't like anything in pb because now company is only explotating employees. Not giving there hard work money be giving issues.

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.

I owe my life to it. Our company is good if someone wants to work without distraction. If you have a lot of expectations from your life but you are not ambitious and you are not willing to put efforts than don’t even think to join it. But if you dare to work out of your comfort zone without being allied to gossips and all the stuff then this is heaven. Our CEOs vision has envisioned my life that’s why I am so optimistic and positive about my company. I do my job as I am running my own business. The managers are not the bosses they are like my elder brothers.

It can be ignored after having so much. Few issues I don’t even pay attention towards them
