I owe my life to it. Our company is good if someone wants to work without distraction. If you have a lot of expectations from your life but you are not ambitious and you are not willing to put efforts than don’t even think to join it. But if you dare to work out of your comfort zone without being allied to gossips and all the stuff then this is heaven. Our CEOs vision has envisioned my life that’s why I am so optimistic and positive about my company. I do my job as I am running my own business. The managers are not the bosses they are like my elder brothers.

It can be ignored after having so much. Few issues I don’t even pay attention towards them

There work culture is worst there is no work life balance and people dont know how to talk to their subordinates they are treating people like a machine . Even the words which they used is terrible for the ears sometime and the work is also monotonous so no chance for learning

You have to work approx 12hrs a day (9:45am-9:00pm sometimes after 9pm also) continuously for minimum 7-10days according to your roster (don’t think about taking a leave on Saturday and Sunday even if it is urgent also) if you need an emergency leave you have to tell them before 2 weeks( don’t know how is that possible). The working hours mentioned in JD are different but the manager will not allow anyone to leave the office unless you have a sale everyday even if you have achieved more than your monthly target. We will feel like we are in a prison, someone who has self respect cannot be able to stay there. Managers are like - we lost our work life balance anyway we will ruin yours(employees) also. Mental torture is another trait. And a big guy comes from Gurgaon just to roar towards employees. You will feel good about company at the training period but after 1 month you will see their real side and most of the employees unwillingly stay to avoid a career gap.. I got a career gap but still happy that I was not stuck there .

The only thing that anybody can like in this soo called policy bazaar.com office is that the salary never comes late... Rather then that there is nothing good in this office

Every thing is bad in this company seniors behaviour towards there employees is horrible like they treat there employees as they were jst like slave to them... When you work in policy bazaar.. no matter you were sick or your family member like suppose your father is in hospital/ICU. They will not.. give you leave for more then a day. You have to come office and do the work... And suppose due to some silly reason if your AM(Assistant manager). Will not like you... He will do anything to give you the termination letter he will creat the silly proofs about you what so ever you have down that or not... But he will prove that and then the hr jst ask you to leave.. or they will terminate you... This is jst a simple trailer for working in policy bazaar there is much more horrible situations then this in the company... Rest you can decide either you want to work or not..
