My Team Leader Abhishek Faujdar is the best team leader in the whole Policybazaar.ae process. My team mates are awesome and My another team leader Ravi Sir is also fantastic. I had a very memorable time period in Policybazaar and I am taking mixed memories for my better future.

Dislikes

The salary they are providing is not sufficient and appraisal are bit low as compare to other companies. Management needs to take care of employees first as employees run organisation and without the support of team no organisation can achieve great success. Hope that the Policybazaar as a whole improves on employees retention/satisfaction and not to focus on profit maximization.

...We are like workers there. HR listen us our queries but no resolution they have. They say if manual workload will not there they why company will pay you. Initially hired saying incentive will be there but never get it. Thankfully left this company(sorry, it is factory). No lunch time fix. No breaks fix. Did linch at 5 pm or later many times.

Managers behaviour... In nstp process. There's a women, named geetanjali Sharma. She is so rude. Bat krne ki tameej nhi h usko. Aapko ghr jaisa hi lagega bilkul. Jaise Ghar me mummy chillati h ki bartan kyu nhi dhule aise hi wo chillati h ki ye kyu nhi hua wo kyu nhi hua. Itni ghatiya itni ghatiya aurat kabhi maine jindgi m nhi dekhi.. yaha job krte krte life ko bhool jao . Shift vaise to HR 9 ghnte ki bataungi but ye dalle manager tumko 11 ghnte ki shift karynge...matlab batane ko bahut kuch h.... Vese job achchi h agar kisi bhi other process me jao to.. but bhool k bhi nstp motor me mat Jana...

...ny company don't hired me for this reason. I gave 5 upto 3 star to policybazaar. Everything is good specially u got ur salary on time. If u perform well u got more incentive. But only one think is to be change that the way of communication to higher management should me professional.

I like only my work nothing else because seniors are not supportive, sometimes I faced it's very hard to take breaks even if we need to go for lunch and there is too much call flow, seniors are just like that we don't care it's are duty to not to drop a single call in between employees are facing hustle to take breaks, we need to ask 1000 times and if employees mark break in their system without asking so senior mark an email against him or her, and max times I personally felt that seniors have something personal in there Head for me because they never ever allow me for any break, I always have to ask 10-15 times then these people are like "ok you can go". I've some medical issues, and I always ready to provide my medical doc. But my senior is like " this is not valid, anyone can make this *means if I'm providing a doc. Even it is single page but Dr's stamp is there then after, they always have some problem and work culture is also got worst these days.

...home because there is work flow and this extra time never consider as over time. They are planning for how to cut salary of employees but also not planning how to increase salary. I'm submitting this but please don't discover my name anywhere coz no one wants to speak about al these things.
