This company is the best in terms of Salary and Incentives.. If your only aim is Money than No one can beat Policy bazaar.. I have personally seen hard working people taking incentive of over 2 lakhs on average regularly.. You can clear your Debt in the shortest period possible..

Money Comes the hard way.. No one can earn money by working 8 hours only.. Having said that you have to work 10-12 Hours to earn that extra Money

You can earn high incentives Salary increments 20 to 30 percent annual .

Zero work life balance Leave issued Worst HR management no one going to support they only support management Company culture not so good There are no time management they force you to do work 12 hours shift even girl too in inbound process Gurgoan if you complain HR for this they will not support for this even vc and avp.

On time Salary and good incentives. Many things to learn initially about Insurance industry and the Investment companies.

Toxic Environment. On time login however the Logout depends on your task completion. HR never support employees. Managers are selfish and self centric

No job security Poor Management process No clarity about job role No support from Reporting Manager/Seniors My suggestion to all employees who are willing to come from Insurance company. Never join this organisation. You will join after getting good hike but after 2 or 3 months you yourself will decide to resign or company will issue pip or take resignation from you. Policybazaar is doing HIRE & FIRE policy. Suppose If you survive here for 1 or 2 years then also no any insurance company will ready to select you. Farud company...

Now I don't like anything in pb because now company is only explotating employees. Not giving there hard work money be giving issues.

No value for hard work, too much deduction in salary , no work life balance, too much pressure, bas work culture, harrasment by leaders, no leaves ,over all now company is not for work, it's only place for being exploited.
