The work culture is not as per I wanted.

...their policies frequently only for their benefits. Appraisal system is very bad. After appraisal they don't give the salary the next month, they give the incremented salary after 2 months. They give good ratings to only a couple of people who are close to senior management. An if you are honest to your work and you don't do buttering then you will not get good ratings. If you are on bench they can fire you anytime and they force them to spend time in office more than 9 hours else they fire them.

The biggest relief was that our salary happened on-time even during work from home. I was a bit apprehensive in the start, but there were no issues on the salary front. It served to be a big support during the pandemic time.

...d professionally. The working culture is very nice. Seniors are very supportive. The job security has 0 risks as there are 0 layoffs to date with no salary cutoffs and very nice appraisals. People get the opportunity to work with the worldwide client. From countries like, the US, UK, and Australia people get the experience of how the international market changes.

We need to increase the office space as people are coming back to office and COVID is gone. On the work side, we are creating a work-life balance environment for everyone and maintain that.

Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.
