Dislikes: None
Likes: Work from office for people who are close to management. They do not have a proper working space in my location but for other location people must waste 9 hours of their daily life sitting in office chair whereas there are no projects in the company. Dislikes: HR determines what rating you will get in appraisal, your manager is powerless. If you get high expectation rating HR will make it meets expectation and only dry promotions given.
Likes: Work Culture
Dislikes: Location basis growth
Likes: I have been working in polestar solution for more than 3 years. So far everything is good & leadership are approachable.
Dislikes: Leadership should consider other location employee in extending the appreciation.
Likes: Only good for VPs and Sr. VPs Dislikes: No one listen to me, no recognition I get even working late nights. Work culture can't be appreciated.

Likes: Company is best if you are looking to have a better learning advantage, career growth, work culture, and a balanced work life. People working around are good and knowledgeable. I get to work across diverse niche tech projects. I am happy that I get this opportunity for real.
Dislikes: Nothing to consider as a con about the company.
Likes: It is a good place to experience a good work exposure. Work culture of the company is highly energetic. It’s a good workplace if you are looking to start with your career. I guarantee, you will get to learn a lot.
Dislikes: I have concern related to few formal procedures that consumes lot of time. Rest all good.

Likes: The biggest relief was that our salary happened on-time even during work from home. I was a bit apprehensive in the start, but there were no issues on the salary front. It served to be a big support during the pandemic time.
