Performance based variable pay is offered to us. It's generally an extra income that you can generate through your best performance. It's challenging, but equally motivating. You get this benefit at the end of the year and company pays it fully. I have being getting advantage of this benefit and I am happy with it.

1. Some competencies have many projects and some competencies no projects. U may have to change your domain. 2. HR management not helpful.(No replies on time for any queries) 3. work is not equally distributed. 4. Strict 9 hours shift (not even 5 min entertained).

Likes

Take care of freshers. Skills improved. Work life balance. Seniors are reachable and helpful. Not strict timings. Promotion and appraisal are fair enough. People Manager is associated with every employee.

Dislikes

Salary is low. Some clients are over exploiting. 2Lkahs bond for 2 years is worst policy. HR policies are not good, Need to be implemented in support of employers.

Likes

The culture is brilliant, the absence of hierarchical systems and bureaucracy allows for a flexible work environment. Being part of crucial conversations has helped me accelerate my growth. A sense of ownership is provided which makes me want to give my best.

Dislikes

I would appreciate better compensation for the quantum of work I carry out. Work-life balance is not the best but I prefer the hustle personally.

Likes

Transparency is maintained at different levels. It leaves no room for doubt and helps maintain the trust factor amongst the employees. Everything fine on work front.
