Additionally, the lack of a clear strategic vision often led to confusion about priorities and team objectives. 2. Project and Task Management: The organization of tasks and projects was frequently disorganized, with shifting priorities and ambiguous deliverables. This lack of structured planning made it challenging to deliver high-quality results on time and affected the overall efficiency of the team. 3. Work-Life Balance: One of the most significant concerns was the expectation to work beyond regular hours and on weekends. This created a high-pressure environment that negatively impacted work-life balance and led to employee burnout. 4. Team Culture and Professionalism: The team's culture was affected by instances of unprofessional behavior, including public criticism and a lack of empathy from leadership. A supportive and constructive work environment is crucial, and I believe improvements in communication and team management are necessary to foster a positive culture. 5.
