You will come to office during covid anyhow on your risk and on your test. Company will not pay any penny on your tests. Poor country manager.

...hift allowance rs.200/-. All the politics and they least bother about employees. No salary hikes whatsover. Third class management. Mass lay off or else always trimming employee size.

The culture is very bad. Each leader is wanting to establish his or her own authority. Zero respect for Finance as a function. There is no career progression. Unusual spend is excessively high.
