There is no transparency among each other in the own team of the Digital Marketing Department. There is no such management team to look after because HR has no power in their hands, and the most important thing is that managers make full to the management. Trust me, don't work for this worst company.

CEO is the face of a company and the one here has no ethics at all. Speaking about one person to the other creating conflicts in teams, defaming people and very unethical acts takes your trust, heart and mind out of work. Also, people having no experience of a certain field are recruited there, for example a research person having 5 years of experience was recruited as a sales head. Plus, people working in other companies are working in this company by different names. The team size went from 20 to 5 because of the unethical factors Do not recommend this company just because of the CEO.
