If you want to learn, polaris is a right place. Here you can learn lot due to vivid disease patients. Open your books start researching on individual patient, that is what I did there in order to update my knowledge. Friendly atmosphere, staff is good (talking only about staff & not management). Job security is good. Work load is high, but this makes your day better, rather than sitting idle. Excellent place if you wana learn on your own, remember what I said, if you want own growth, then open book and research on individual patients. Company policies are average, as they keep on changing their policies.

There is lot Polaris Management need to improve on. They have kept and poor old man as an admin, who has no knowledge of hospital administration. He is just sitting warming his sit there, god knows what owner's saw in him. The management of polaris hospital needs improvement in constructing smart work, rather than messing things up. The owner should put on responsibility on on-duty doctor so as to make them learn responsibility, rather than spoon feeding. Main dislike here is keep on changing policies, as the admin person should be expected to give Ideas to owner, but what to say, when they have poor old man admin with mediocre mind set. Work life balance can be excellent here if the management is good. Owner's here are friendly, but lack in managing the hospital because they don't have proper Admin. Recently they started with HR person, that is an good call, as poor old admin can't do anything (poor old admin: as he is old by his mediocre mind). Advice to newly joined or planning to join polaris hospital, better discuss all issues with HR and owner, and avoid going to Admin (poor old pitty man). Work here is been made mess by management (5min of work made to 50min, is what I can say). Advice to polaris hospital, recruit proper and knowledgeable admin, in order to make work enjoyable. Still I can say owners are good and I really want hospital to grow old with lots of best compliments from employees.
