TOO MUCH OF POLITICS. NO RECOGNITION FOR HARDWORK. THEY NEED NOT GIVE GOOD APPRAISAL. BUT THEY SHOULD BE APPRECIATIVE ATLEAST. MANAGEMENT IS POOR. THEY SHOULD GIVE PRIORITY TO IMPORTANT STUFFS RATHER THAN SILLY PROBLEMS. THEIR FOCUS SHOULD BE ON THE GROWTH OF THE COMPANY NOT ON INTERNAL POLITICS
