Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It is new company in real estate and making mall & multiplex I have worked with responsibility but company' is not supporting in covid19.all technical set up tendering ,material purchasing ,asset excution work done with properly but no any increment given by company.

Dislikes

No any rules with enployees as per HR policy there is no appraisal for employees.I have to work 10 to 11 hours daily and no leave weekly off
