1. COMPANY PAYS SALARY ON REGULAR BASIS. 2. SINCE THIS COMPANY MAINLY CONSTRUCTS BRIDGE(S), SO OVERALL THE WORK LOAD IS COMPARATIVELY LITTLE LESS THAN A NORMAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. 3. THE OWNER(DIRECTOR) OF THE COMPANY, MR. VARUN PODDAR IS A FANTASTIC PERSON & IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP. 4. COMPANY TAKES CARE OF EMPLOYEES IN TERMS OF FOOD.

1. THERE IS NO STRUCTURED POSITION IN THE COMPANY. 2. SOME RANDOM NON TECHNICAL PERSON OR JUNIOR PERSON WILL HAVE SAY OVER YOU JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE WORKED MORE YEARS IN THE COMPANY THAN YOU. 3. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
