You can hardly find anything to like about this company.

...to ask for your own rightful documents alot of times and you still won't get it. You will have no proof of your salary, as you won't get salary slips, there are no benefits like PF or others. If you want to work on the same CTC you were getting before, this is the right place for you. You won't get to learn anything here and the founders will never recognise or appreciate your efforts. If you want to grow in your career and are hoping for a good hike, this company is not for you.

Good team but terrible manager who doesn't support his staff and acts like a spineless puppet infront of MD.

...etiquettes or manners. has problem with employees having a life outside of work. thinks he is paying you salary so you have to think about work 24/7. makes you go circles even when you state that its futile and then gets mad when the results are unproductive.

No professionalism at all. They do not provide salary on time and the staff at the BKC office is very rude. The owner of the company abuses alot and the treatment is very poor. I completed my internship here and now they are not paying me my stipend. Unethical business practices. Very bad company and very bad HR department

There was not system for employees promotion, if you are hired company will use you till thay can use. When time will come to increasment. They will talk about your weakness. And finally you will left the job. Same I did.
