There was not system for employees promotion, if you are hired company will use you till thay can use. When time will come to increasment. They will talk about your weakness. And finally you will left the job. Same I did.

I was hired for e-commerce ad campaign manager and after left job my 3 Superior I handle thair work. And again company hired new Superiors 3 time and 1 my junior left the job... My Superior said to handle that works for e commerce product packing.

Good team but terrible manager who doesn't support his staff and acts like a spineless puppet infront of MD.

Dislikes

MD is worst. doesn't have any professionalism or know how about Equity analysis. Pushes staff to get insider information. abuses all the time without having any decency. gets confused and blames the team for his shortcomings. Doesn't understand anything and then says he knows everything, "Don't tell story to me". Complicates simplethings and end up messing up his own mood and that of the team. No morale or motivation to work and pays peanuts for the pressure and efforts he expects. Even if you do exactly what he asks you to, gets disappointed in you. Thinks he is VVIP who can call up any top executive of MNC and they have to come down to his office for his stupid stock related queries. has no etiquettes or manners. has problem with employees having a life outside of work. thinks he is paying you salary so you have to think about work 24/7. makes you go circles even when you state that its futile and then gets mad when the results are unproductive....Read More

No professionalism at all. They do not provide salary on time and the staff at the BKC office is very rude. The owner of the company abuses alot and the treatment is very poor. I completed my internship here and now they are not paying me my stipend. Unethical business practices. Very bad company and very bad HR department
