...nation. My advocate sent notice to them after that they gave me my Certificates. School ate my and my husband's half salary during pandemic year 2019-2020. I was appointed for Pre-primary teacher (salary Rs. 14,000/-) but I was worked on Web and graphic Projects, they have not increase my salary, they have cut my salary during pandemic year (salary Rs. 6000/-) and worked for 9 hours a day in school, when covid-19 was active everywhere in Maharashtra. The Principal and her way of working. The way she works is really something you can learn from her and admire. The timing are also good. If one is capable then he can definitely survive. Working in Poddar is really a pleasure.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
