...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

here is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Here company don't have any vision and mission only sales with out support like advertising metrials.Here as SO you have to work like SR as company didn't give any SR in distributor point,not only that they even don't give salary and expenses on time. Who ever giving good review it presume that person are from management group so be aware of it.Here management don't listen to employees feedback at all.Totally one time business minded company that's why except tamilnadu they won't able to penetrate rest of India.
