Overall experience was good .but here work policies are hidden... As when i joined I didn'tknow that my one month salary will be on hold...after working one and half month I came to know..my salary is on hold.. they neither tell me while joining nor it was mentioned in joining letter...months of working I didn't get my pf no.. still calling them to give

There frequent staybacks...you have to miss your urgent work after school... Because anytime they can tell you to do stay back..nd it's compulsory

I started working at Podar International School Daund on 21st june 2019 and continued till 22nd February 2022. It was my first time working as a teacher in Podar and i learnt so many things. Education and knowledge in podar is perfect, children learn a lot,as we celebrated many festivals and events, i enjoyed teaching children as knowledge was endless to give. I was doing well.

Dislikes

Principal was Vishal Jadhav. As I enjoyed teaching there but on the other hand principal wanted us to do over time. At start timing used to be 8 am -4 pm then 8 am -6 pm and sometimes it was 8 am -10 pm.. rarely we left the school on time which was 8 am- 2:30pm. Before every event of our section we used to prepare everything before going home but principal even made us do over time for other sections as well plus school gave me only 8k salary till my last day even after asking for an increment.. I was continuously teaching Senior kg class for 3 years. And after that the principal asked me to leave the school against my wish saying as we are planning to give you nursery class but as this year (2022) we won't be having nursery class. So you have to leave.. and due to that I left the school.

No security about anything, disrespectful behaviour of Mentors and HRs, Mumbai head office team doesn't have clarity over anything and always mislead the team and if you point out the problem they will give you job threats and can make your work life miserable.

Likes

They get you ready for event management and marketing events for school promotional activities.Quality standards for children are very high.

Dislikes

Remuneration must be more as per the work profile being handled as a management position.

Likes

I liked the symphonics curriculum and timely training sessions. Also I liked that Podar Jumbo Kids always give chance and appreciates the ideas of innovative teaching and includes these ideas in teachers' manual.
