The company is supportive and readily updates with timely training programs. I felt valuable part of team and authority gives scope to express our expertise and experience in decision making.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Expects more work from given pay scale.

It was a good experience to work with Podar. I learnt many things.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

Need to be more structured. Voice from all level of employees should be reachable to the top management.

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

...ary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.
