It has a great infrastructure and moreover the teachers are focused in every aspect to be perfect. The package is too good.

Dislikes

As the package is too good the school twists out each and every penny they pay you. You not only have to teach but decorate the flannel boards, decorate the school after the working hours for any occasion, tolerate the principal's unnecessary scolding before your students, be there more than the time they pay you, face the egoistic Principal and his spies in the staffroom and moreover if the person from Podar family suddenly enters the campus and asks students whether the teacher punishes you and if the answer is affirmative then you're fired on the spot.

Likes

A great school where you can learn new things, new ways of teaching. In Podar they follow proper working time, you will get proper vacation and holidays and vacation salary also. They conduct online and offline training of the teachers to enhance their knowledge.

Dislikes

...ary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.

... a good rapport with everyone. As far as my knowledge, there is a career growth. One will get the best salary and appraisal if he really deserves it. There is always encouragement for using our innovative and creative skills. However, it's quite bit difficult to maintain work life balance because sometimes the job demands you to keep your family and personal life above your job. And the rest everything is good and fine. In fact, I have been enjoying my duty as a teacher there. Thank you

Taking leaves is bit a tough because according to them, We are supposed to render our services despite our hectic personal problems. This is the fact I hate the most. I just expect whenever there's an emergency to take leave it should be granted happily. Everyone has his own personal life and nobody takes leave just for passing time. It has to made understand by them. Apart from this, I am happy working there.

Podar like a family so proud to be working with Podar. If you are warking with Podar you are becoming a very confident and knowledgeable person, skilled person in every field. Podar not made teacher's, workar they made leader's that why I like and love to work with Podar.

The salary structure because not only i but many teachers just like me think like this.
