It's a group that believes in going together growing together, job security n salary no one can beat Podar, work environment is quite satisfactory coz every employee is designated with specific work profile hence no confusion n hassle.

...uested it was not fulfilled and no cooperation found between the high authority. Even after serving my notice period, I received my salary for the last month after four months.

Need to be more structured. Voice from all level of employees should be reachable to the top management.
