Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

Managers that deal with purchase department and accounts are good. The chairman is very competitive in a good way and encouraging. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

.... No time for family life or health care. Made to work over time with no OT. Salary is very low than expected. Made to sign bond which is not legalised by government. Managers in curriculum are only work oriented and do not consider the conditions of their staff working below them.

Job security - this is the only benefit of working in Podar Education Network - HO, with the Brand value in the education sector.

1. Salary 2. Appraisal process 3. No Work From Home Option 4. All the employees at the top level are very rigid and have old school mentality. Hence, they take a lot of time to embrace the new changes.

Podar is supporting me in this pandemic by giving me proper salaries and also they are maintaining social distancing by giving from work from home to fight covid 19, and because of pandemic we're having zoom meetings online I am greatful that I am safe.our companies policy are good.good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

Salary is not good but career growth is average. There is a lot of politics not organization but our department management doesn't address our issues. There should be one complaint box in head office.

Podar is a big name as we all know. It is one of the best organization. Policies are good and beneficial to each and every employee, but definitely hard work matters a lot over here. Environment of the campus is really very good. Management is always concerned about their dedicated and hard working employees as compare to other organizations. Worst company to work. No scope for personal and professional development, no scope for creativity. Internal politics. HR should not be addressed if any issues with the manager, colleagues, work related. Very very unrealistic deadlines. Mental torture.
