You will not feel insecure about your job security. The work pressure is high as the timeline to accomplish the task is really short and it becomes hard to meet the target on time. There is no work life balance. Everything else depends on how well you manage things.

...y no work-life balance. Can remove you without notice irrespective of recession. Haven't given me 3 months' salary and laid me off without notice. Higher officials are not co-operative and not decent. They aren't interested in your feed back and work culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I didn't like anything good while I was working under poct...it was my worst experience ever while working in this company.

the company territory manager, area manager, sales manager, and all poct authority are not able to solve any type of problem while I faced in this company..they are totally helpless..I didn't expect such a worst feedback from the poct authority..
