Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They offer good compensation but once you get in, you will be stuck. No work life balance and worst work culture

Dislikes

1.No work life balance 2.Worst work culture 3.You will be expected to work even later than the work hours. 4.Meetings usually start at 7pm and employees are asked to stay late and attend the same. 5.They call themselves 5 day working but you'll be called to office on Saturdays and won't spare on sundays with in and off work mails and messages. Join at your own risk
