Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

As a fresher never join this company. They dont provide any training to the fresher. Learning experience is bad. HR policies also changes time to time. Without telling they will deduct your TDS and all.

Run by one man and his dog. Blame culture, most immature and incompetent. Unable to sell services. No management or leadership. No ethics. No investment , cash strapped, debt ridden.

Pocketapp is one of best company I've ever worked on. Sadly the exit is bit sad as there were no more upcoming projects and upgradation in existing projects. The culture is awesome, the hierarchy of top to down resources is too perfect, Agile methodology is fine, atmosphere is nice, location is bestest, appraisal is bit average but it's fine. Overall it's great opportunity to work in pocketapp but job security is all you need to forget about.
