Nothing worst company ever seen.

Dislikes

Nothing good at all. Worst company on overall basis. Corruption on its peak. Treat engineers like labour, 16-17 hrs working compulsory, no work-life balance, salary always delayed. Hectic pressure and pathetic culture specially in water project under JJM.

Not Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive . Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. politics are very highly.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. job not secure due to politic very highly.

I dnt know because I'm not getting lockdown time (march month) salary till know.please don't do this type of strick ness in lockdown timings because on that time every employies arehelpless.

I'm very happy to be with my PNC infratech, but please see all engineers problems not only work,don't judge any engineers workability by admin department. Thank you.

Nothing about to like in PNC.

Dislikes

...n us. There is too much exploitation with C grade workers evenly with Engineers. They don't provide holidays even according to company policy nevertheless you will go definitely salary will be deducted. Salary never on time.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
