Never follows there own timings which they mention in offer letter usually it's 10-5:30 but it always stretch by 2-3 hrs without getting paid for it and it's seems you are a puppet for them. On appraisal they will show there real face. Assignment is done to ensure employees cannot complete it with in 7 hrs, 10 hrs daily shift, once a person is hired and if they cannot stretch daily they make him/her resign by frequently taking feedback meetings and scolding.

It's a very good company for any learners and work culture ,and seniors are like family members who understands to team

Work life balance is pathetic .There is no family life and low salary compensation

PNB Housing is the Great place to work,the working culture is superb one can say it's a second home.Company's policies towards employees are best in the industry and its a good place to develop the professional skills and growth perspective.

Lack of ethics, transparency, learning culture and work life balance owing to poorest leadership despite of huge salaries make PNBHFL a terrible place to work

Very well environment and culture. Team mate is supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good best job in this company time to time brif new and old policy.

Ro salary is very sort other NBFC ensentive is very best but career growth is slow.
