Two time biometric attendance everyday, Leaves will be adjusted with Notice periods won't pay for leaves adjusted, North Indian favourism, Improper Reporting system, Politics, Career Growth is very slow, HR is poor, No appraisal, Operation and backoffice systems are not up to date, Hire and Fire Policy.

Salary package offered are very low compared to industry and balance of work and personal life gets completely disturbed. Incentive structure is unachievable

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to be in office till 12 in night. Reporting Manager is only bothered abt targets not abt factual conditions of clients and employees.

And PnB Housing employee get bonus but PHFL not get yearly bonus only 1 salary , In Diwali gift PNB HOUSING emp get 3000 worth coupon of Amazon but PHFL get 1000 , PNB housing get 5lcas medicalaim but PHFL get 2 lacs Mediclaim in mediclaim PNB Housing can reimburse day care like doctor consult fee and checkup charge but PHFL emp has to admit for 24 hours atleast then they can get reimbursement. Salary is very low and increment is also very low for PHFL. Also office time is 30 minutes extra for PHFL employees.
