Horrible and toxic work culture. Management Trainees are treated like disposable trash bags and are disrespected. Senior staff don’t even know how to use excel and basic operational stuff and have job security whereas if you are Management Trainee, no matter how hard you work you’ll still be threatened and fired as per their will. Horrible employee policy only 12 paid leaves a year for MT’s, no sick leaves, paternity, etc. I suggest don’t join this company especially as a Management Trainee, they will make your life miserable and question your worth.

Easy to manage work life balance, work culture is linient, cut throat competition doesn't exist, management do understand your personal problems

Not a better use of human resource, should focus more on r&d
