owners will start finding reasons to remove you from the moment you join also kamlesh dwivedi plant manager is very politician type of guy if you dont treat him like the owner( he likes people to bow down to him ) he will present you in bad light and owners will believe him. Only people who manipulate the owners survive in this company.
