Worklife balance is lacking, pay deductions on late coming, no leave until you complete your 6 months span, no transport assistance

Got to learn a lot as I was handling multiple things alone.

No timely salary. No fixed rules and policies. Policies change person to person. Always finding reasons for deducting salaries of employees. Do never work with PMR.

1.) No work life balance 2.) Extensive work pressure 3.) Appraisal is not upto the rules. 4.) Family business- they can change rules anytime. 5.) Very bad office politics. 6.) No recognition to employees

Company organizes many activities for employee engagement throughout the month. The CEO is supportive and visionary. She wants to see her employees to grow professionally and personally. Great team, supportive colleagues. Every Tuesday they have snacks for employees. Job security.

Dislikes

6 days working, 9 hours every day. Long hours of travel due to traffic.

PMR has a wonderful working environment for an employee ( Both Existing ones and New Joinees ) which allows every individual to work otlr provi e inputs in a flexible space and schedule .

Dislikes

Nothing. No employee or team leader uses offensive language, No one is forced to come office or be present everyday if employees are able to complete daily tasks from their homes respectively .
