Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Pathetic Hr, HR dont Have Job Knowledge About Himself, Company Just Like Deducting Paid Wages once you choose to leave the organisation, Even Though you are in probation period company will deduct your paid wages, Management ppl are just involved in pilferages. GM drinks On duty plus his close near by staff are involved in pilferages plus drinks on duty. Inshort Good Firm For Robbers, Bad For The One Who Likes Implementing And Give Their Best Hard Work. But Seriously Value Is Zero For Hardworkinh People Over Here. And If You Dont Beleive Then You May Join And Try, As My Replacement Has Just Came Since 1 Week And He Is Finding Job In A Week.
