The firm is in operation for last five years and headed by myself. I am answerable to myself for prosucing result as well need to exhibit growth in market. Freedom working and Pressure of Generating result are 2 sides of coin.

Inconsistancy of receipt of payments from market which causes disturbances in operation. In turn hampers credibility on market.

The company is.proprietory concern. Thjs all ideas of one self can be worked upon. Bringing results is se reponsibility and becomes mandatory too. Freedom of work with own vision makes working responsible.

Hug busi ess ideas can be implemented but for executing the same equivalent fund is needed Limitation of fund reduces business and puts efforts in misurable cindition.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
