I want to say they portray a perfect image of the organisation which is absolutely false.

Many employees were laid off all of a sudden which brought chaos to the system, if you have applied going through the job description then you are absolutely wrong, here screening of employees starts depending on your previous CTC, if the CTC of your previous organisation is less then you would be called for the initial stage of interview. They just showcase while applying to jobs with many questions, even though you have shared your true input it won't be taken into consideration. So not a good organisation if you are looking for one.
