Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The company is very related to me .I'm very happy that I'm a part of a PLUMS INVESTMENT LTD . The workers of the company is really very friendly and they allow me to freedom for my work and they gave a good salary package for me. And another plus point is I have to work 8 hours and they give me two days leave per week

Dislikes

Only one think I dislike from my company is I can't take long leaves. I got only two month leave for 2 year
