No policy for hybrid work model, management expects all to be based out of Bangalore although it’s absolutely not a necessity.

...thin the company. They are also great at passing sly comments and gaslighting 6. Company doesn't pay well. The people who do the grunt work are not paid well. 7. If you're desperate for a job, this could be an option because sometimes you just need the financial backing. But if you actually want to build and grow a career then do not join. Management is not able to structure the teams for growing business. There are no growth opportunities for employees. Whatever is said to you during an interview is not adhered to during your employment. Engagement within teams is extremely low. There is no communication about the company's plan. There is no training they provide when you have joined them, and support during the course of your employment is also nil.

Nothing big, small small mismanagements that causes little discomfort time to time.. nothing big enough to complain.

It's a well balanced company, most of the function is working with tech enabled capabilities. The progressive though of leadership team is helping across all departments. Hierarchy is approachable for any support needed.

Since the growth is fast paced the workload is imbalanced better some days. It's creases with planning but the same will be there as a Growth stage startup needs to keep pushing higher and higher. Not for fainthearted, you need to deliver value to survive.
