Disappointing experience My time at Pluckk was incredibly disappointing due to various issues, More notably the toxic Culture and lack of recognisation for efforts. The work environment is extremely influenced by office politics, Making it difficult to thrive. HR, Specially MUSKAAN, is rude, dismissive and full of attitude. It’s shocking that multiple employees who could barely operate technology like turning on or off a laptop, were hired purely based on her recommendation. This happened not woth just one employee but with three individuals, showing a severe lack of hiring standards. The work culture is truly pathetic, and no proper support was provided during my tenure. The working hours were irregular and lacked structure. Lastly, the customer support team is treated as though they are not a part of the company. I regret my experience at pluckk and hope they make significant changes in their culture and operations.
