...ement you will be targeted and thrown out. Incentives will never be paid at all. Salary won't be credited on time if questioned them immediately they will ask you to resign.

Dislikes

I would have recommended any freshers to join especially and experienced ones are wise to choose better opportunity. Nothing at all is learning. No professionalism at all while talking to female employees they speak how ever they want.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
