Company ki a owner and HR sirf ,4 se 5 ho inki company k purane manager hai jo kbi job change nhi karte na he kisi new candidate ko tikne dete hai..sirf uni ki sunte hai,jo ye log bole bs whi karte hai kbi bhi candidate se face to face baat nhi karte ,,,jo bhi ye company join ki karega wo ye apne mind me batha kar Cale ki Aaj hire hai or kal fire,aap jis post k liye apply karoge AP ussi post par he rahoge,,ager es campany me 2 saal ya 5 saal rhe bhi jate ho, owner or HR ko aaj tak ye nhi pata ki jo bhi 2 3 parmanent managers hai wo jhutte hai jhut bol k candidate ko paresan karte hai uske liye atmosphere ko bahut stress wala bna dete hai khud kuch work nhi karte na office aate hai ..but apni apni team ko bahut paresan karte hai leave approval nhi karte, Girls washroom me toilet paper nhi hota ..girlwash esi jagha bna hai jha ek team baithti hai,,unko washroom k ander niche legs dikhae dete hai girls k..office ki timing old person yani manager k liye kuch bhi nhi hai kb aao kb jaao manager 12 se 1 baje aate hai or 5 baje cale jate hai,lekin jo bhi unke alawa new candidate hota hai,,unki strict timing hai ager wo 10 min late ho jaae Tau Owner bhi msg karke bolta hai WhatsApp group me manager bhi bahut sunata hai....bas or me kya kya likhu totally BC bahut bekar or r narag se bhari hue hai plexus

...rowth. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals in the company. The most loved part of my job is that we get fair amount of pay and salary is always on time

...er and you are not allowed to take more than one coffee or tea in the office. 4. only 4 days work from home if you take more than that, the HR always wants to deduct your salary. 5. 6 days working so no life balance. 6. no parking facility. 7. In case of heavy rain you have to wait in your taxi only because they don't even have a single umbrella in the office or else spoil your clothes 8. Heavy seepage issue, in the office, which is very harmful to everyone but they don't get it repaired, sometimes we find insects on seats. 9. They have a female washroom and male interns sit in front of it, which is super uncomfortable to use. 10. No holidays are given, they have a policy of crediting holidays after completion of 1 year, so every time you take a holiday, they will deduct your salary. not even a single day leave is provided. If you take to leave it will be unpaid. 11. No PF 12. No Medical Insurance It's a LALA structure company, which they think they are progressive but imagine you don't have permission to wear a formal dress (knee length) in the office. who does that in the 21st centuary?

1) A perfect Lala company 2) Top management the most corrupt 3) Apart from work one can be found doing every other thing 4) If you are in a managers team you will get hikes and recognition if not you are useless.

It is a great place to work! Management is supportive, pay compensation is fair, hiring of freshers and training them on job. The company believes that their employees are their greatest asset and don't budge from investing in them.
