Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The Director of the company, Avneet Bansal, is the most unprofessional, uncultured person. He likes the employees most having the same manners. HR has no etiquette at all, even she doesn't know how to talk to an employee.

HR doesnt have the manners how to talk with office employees here HR shrutika jaisalwal is harrasing office employees. She never do anything for the welfare of employee. I never seen HR like her.
