Pants on fire when they don't need you. You as a developer in bad books of US developer/management when you perform good, your skills are out of the box. They don't wanna change themselves ..

Plex is a best product based company to work in. It has best policies and good work culture. They respect your thought and involve you in the development meetings.

Dislikes

There are not negative feedback as such but as most of the management team was in US office sometime its not easy to understand some minor issues or conflicts but now Plex is hiring management team in India also.
