There is no friendly nature in the teams. There would be no responce from the management if we go on any particular issue. Always there would be network issues. Management would use employee's for there personal works like House renovations and all. There is no job security. Without intimation or Notice period they would terminate employee's that too they would inform in a call like "There is no need of you to come to office from today and your salary would be credited on 10th" in this way they deal with employee's. There are 2 CEO's named "Hari" and "Subra Alanghat" for this company they stay in US both of the CEO's use unparlimantarey language everytime in every status call's . Always they keep on saying F*CK continously to everyone rather it might be a Girl or a Boy. They even Abuse Operations Manager and HR too. They even don't know the word 'Respect'
