Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The expenses for fieldwork was far more than the salary and in 8 months I did spent about 2 lakhs on field visit and did not received a single paisa return and the presure level was to high. Being in sale it is too difficult to perform for a company whose marketing budget is almost zero.

... hire random people to get money from distributors and never send their product. The didn't even release salary until you made a distributor. They never pay you your full salary. Just let you roam in market on your own money and finally one day they will not respond to you and you have to pay distributor money because they don,t know the company.

fraud company.

...eryone , platinum walltech ( suraksha gold ) is a fraud comapny and fraud staff. i have worked here for 1 month they even didnt give me salary as mention in offer letter. also check reviews on google and you tube totally fraud. almost most of the people get trap. they take only money and didnt send any material to distributorship. its my humble requestt to all of u dont work with this company and dont waste your time.

...totally FRAUD Company. Company don't having any Manufacturer Plant in Rajasthan. They appoint people for marketing and doesn't give salary. Company take investment from aAppointed Distributer and don't give Material. BIG FRAUD COMPANY.
