No proper leaves & no planning of work based on the employee needs. 6. HR activities and Rules will be designed for Cornering employee and they don't support for the benifits of the employee. 7. You will get BP, Back Pain, mental health issues, High stress, Sleep disorders after working in this company. 8. No planning, No proper Sprint planning, Always production issues will be there, No proper Stories, no proper requirements, Mainly No proper Management team & no proper leadership team.
