Work culture of the company is good, management people behave nicely.But During this Covid ,Company is deducting salary of every employee which is painful.

Management people commit and don't fulfill commitments.

Good management from managing director and except R@D very nice place to work and grow cariaer and managers also very good and supportive to employees.

When u come to R@D their is more worst culture and no learning as well under the manger and their is no peace in working at R@ D.

No work life balance Not allowed to bring non veg food Most Saturdays are working Soo much politics Biased appraisal and no appreciation from head of department Located too far from Bangalore

One of the pathetic company i have worked with.I was one of the best perfomer in whole india region despite this , they never settled my fnf after dol. This company doesnt know how to care for employees and most of the managers are alcoholic including female.I suggest you dont join this company if you have an option. Specially in delhi ncr region dont join under those managers who cant work and keep their ego high .

Ha ha ha I like the confidence level of senior management for doing unethical work.

Unprofessional NSM and GM. PMT doesn’t have product knowledge. This is a distributor company and both senior person do unethical work. NSM is having 2 passports now you can judge this guy. They teach do unethical work and if u deny they will torture you.
