...e more interfare in our work so sometime it becomes very difficult to work here.the salary package are very low.and there is politices in the company due to which there is ultimately effect on personal growth. If i talk about work balance then i can it is very difficult bcz there is no leave .sometime we have to work overnight they never gave any welfare regarding this. So noboday can plan there personal work. All in all i would say the company provide opportunity for fresher. But in longterm it becomes frustrated.

The flexibility of understanding, flexibility in working environment, brotherhood ethics right from director to the security person in every manner a family feeling.. technical training as well as personality development training are provided regularly , and a huge growth company in a short span of time assures oneself about job security and personal monetary growth. And due to flexibility work and life balance is perfectly able to be handled.

In my experience, there is a lack of technical knowledge from the current service head, which has led to challenges in executing our tasks efficiently. Additionally, the lack of coordination between departments—especially with regional sales—has resulted in unnecessary interference and mental stress for service engineers. The absence of clear HR policies has only added to the frustration. For those who are concerned about their career and professional development, I would advise carefully considering these factors before making a decision."
